Job Profile: Human Resources Director

Location:  Nuevo León

Job Objective:

Lead the human talent management strategy, aligning HR policies and practices with the organization's objectives. Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative culture within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement HR strategies that drive talent attraction, development, and retention.
• Strengthen organizational culture, ensuring that company values and identity are maintained.

Job Requirements:

• Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Postgraduate studies in talent management or organizational leadership are highly valued.
