Position: Customer Service Representative

Key Activities:

• Handle special customer requests.
• Print sales orders.
• Process invoicing.
• Manage shipping and courier services.
• Redirect calls to the sales team.
• Follow up on customer orders.
• Provide support to the sales service team.

Work Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Location: , Monterrey, Nuevo León

Education:

• Minimum required: Bachelor's degree.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Customer service, sales, logistics.
• 3 years of experience in a similar Customer Service Executive role.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Organizational skills.

Technical Skills:

• 100% proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ERP software management.

Tools/Equipment:

• Computer

Languages:

• Advance English

Salary and Benefits:

• Monthly Gross Salary: $20,000 - $22,000 MXN
