Java / Python Developer

Job Type: Full-time
Location: 100% remote (from anywhere in Mexico)

We are looking for a skilled Java and Python developer to join our technology team. You will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and improvement of technology solutions that directly impact our internal processes and digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Python.
• Participate in the analysis and definition of technical and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions.
• Properly document code and development processes.
• Identify and efficiently solve technical problems.
• Apply best coding practices and version control.
• Communicate progress and collaborate with the team fluently in English.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 3 to 4 years of proven experience in Java and Python development.
• Advanced English (required, as daily communication is in English).
• Strong knowledge of data structures, object-oriented programming, and API development.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git).
• Preferred: experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, or Flask.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
