A leading national B2B business services firm is seeking a Sales Director to lead its commercial strategy, develop new markets, and strengthen key account relationships.
This role is essential in positioning consultative and high-impact service solutions across Mexico.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the company’s commercial strategy

Prospect and develop business relationships with corporate clients

Lead the sales team, setting goals and monitoring performance

Identify new business opportunities in areas such as outsourcing, business process management, and organizational development

Represent the company in key client meetings and industry events

Work closely with operations and top management to ensure service excellence

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Administration (MBA preferred)

7+ years in commercial leadership roles, preferably in B2B services

Experience in consultative sales and solution selling

Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills

 advanced English
