Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to manage key client accounts in the ground transportation and logistics sector. This role involves building long-term relationships, coordinating service delivery, and identifying new growth opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and foster long-term business relationships.

• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of contracted logistics services.

• Oversee multiple client projects, aligning client objectives with company goals.

• Identify supply chain improvement opportunities and offer tailored solutions.

• Coordinate shipments and logistics services with carriers.

• Monitor service KPIs and provide reporting and metrics to clients.

• Support the sales team in reaching and onboarding new clients.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• Intermediate to advanced English (required).

• Minimum of 1 year of logistics experience or 3 years in the transportation/logistics industry.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Commercial mindset with persistence and a goal-oriented attitude.
