We are looking for a hands-on and strategic Accounts Receivable Lead to lead our AR operations and help ensure healthy cash flow for the company. This role will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable team, managing the customer portfolio, and implementing action plans to reduce delinquency and improve collection cycles.

Key Objective

Coordinate, direct, and control all activities within the Accounts Receivable department to ensure timely collection, maintain healthy cash flow, and enforce company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration (Title required).
• 4–5 years of solid experience in Accounts Receivable and credit control.
• Advanced conversational English is required.
• Experience with SAP.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting.
• Availability for national and international travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the customer portfolio by designing and executing collection strategies to accelerate cash flow and reduce overdue accounts.
• Lead and support the Billing & Collections team, providing guidance on tax-related matters and resolving operational challenges.
• Review monthly closing reports, deliver key financial insights to the Finance and Executive teams, and provide information required by internal and external auditors.
• Conduct on-site visits and negotiations with clients to address and resolve payment delays.
