We are seeking a Production Planner to join our team in Monterrey. This role plays a key part in organizing, coordinating, and optimizing the planning processes to ensure production efficiency, timely deliveries, and alignment with customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet customer demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and engineering, to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery.
• Monitor production performance and take corrective actions when needed.
• Forecast production requirements based on customer orders, sales trends, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain department to ensure material and component availability.
• Monitor work orders and align them with overall production goals.
• Support the development and implementation of planning policies and procedures.
• Mentor and train junior planners in planning tools, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and inventory tools.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 environments.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
