🏢 About the Company:
Mexican company dedicated to the manufacturing of industrial machinery, with a spare parts warehouse and distribution center in Querétaro, providing service to clients nationwide.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Lead customer service operations for the spare parts warehouse.
Ensure excellent service experience for large automotive clients.
Coordinate administrative and logistics processes between warehouse, sales, and after-sales.
Ensure compliance with internal policies.
Monitor KPIs and performance indicators.
Manage and develop the team.
✅ Profile Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service, logistics, and warehouse operations in the automotive sector.
Proven leadership experience.
Proficient in SAP (Materials and Sales modules).
Advanced English.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
