We’re looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join a leading company in the manufacturing industry, based in Santa Catarina, N.L.

In this role, you’ll manage key HR processes, from recruitment and payroll to benefits and employee relations, while supporting a collaborative and dynamic team.

What you’ll do

• Execute end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee terminations.
• Manage IMSS and labor-related documentation.
• Support HR policies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR matters.
  
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with internal and external audits.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and IMSS.
• Solid understanding of employee life cycle management, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Strong knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT) and its practical application.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with payroll systems.
