Internship Border Crossing Dispatcher

Job Summary:

The Internship Border Crossing Dispatcher will be responsible for supporting the operations team in the proper document management of the B1 fifth-wheel driver fleet. The main function will be to ensure that the required documents are complete, audited, and delivered in a timely and accurate manner.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare documentation for the B1 fifth-wheel driver fleet.

Perform basic audits of documentation to validate accuracy and compliance.

Manage and control the delivery of documents to the corresponding area.

Other Responsibilities:

Carry out other tasks/projects related to commercial operations as assigned.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English.

Availability in the afternoons.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Student of International Trade, International Logistics, or a related field.

Strong communication skills.

At least 1 to 1.5 years remaining to complete the degree.

Location: Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua

Employment Type: Professional Internship Program

Allowance: $10,000.00 MXN (Eight thousand pesos) per month
