Business Development & Marketing Manager
Location: Monterrey, N.L.
Industry: Industrial accessories distributor (fluid transport hoses)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Mode: On-site
Position Objective
Drive company growth through strategic analysis, market research, lead management, and business intelligence tools that optimize sales performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Market and Product Analysis
Identify products to promote by sector or industry.
Conduct competitive and positioning studies.
Develop pricing strategies based on marketing analysis.
Monitor market trends and emerging opportunities.
Conduct market and industry research.
Lead and CRM Management
Manage and optimize Interlynx (lead program).
Administer CRM system (Salesforce).
Segment and track leads, analyze conversion rates (Win Rate).
Business Intelligence and Reporting
Create and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards for the sales team.
Generate regular commercial performance reports.
Analyze data to identify sales opportunities and business patterns.
Corporate Account Management
Monitor strategic corporate accounts.
Analyze market penetration with existing clients.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
Experience: 4–6 years in B2B Marketing or Business Development.
Technical Skills:
Salesforce CRM (100%)
Power BI / Tableau (100%)
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Languages: Advanced English (required)
Other Requirements: Valid Passport and U.S. Visa.
Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, organization, leadership, adaptability, teamwork, and proactive attitude.
