Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations and optimize production processes within our organization. This role plays a key part in improving information flow across departments, supporting manufacturing teams with technical expertise, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will help coordinate training programs, support new production line launches, and ensure manufacturing processes meet quality, safety, and operational standards.

This role requires bilingual communication skills (English–Spanish) to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support operational communication.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement strategies to improve knowledge delivery and communication across manufacturing teams.

• Coordinate and conduct training programs related to manufacturing processes and new production line launches.

• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams, troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities for process optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve knowledge transfer and operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical guidelines.

• Monitor manufacturing and knowledge delivery KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.

• Stay updated on industry trends, manufacturing technologies, and process improvements.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and best practices within the manufacturing environment.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in:

  • Manufacturing processes

  • Production or plant technical support

  • Process engineering or operational training

• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and SOPs.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills related to manufacturing processes.

• Ability to train and support operational and technical personnel.

• Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Bilingual: English and Spanish required.
