💼 Field Service Supervisor – Laser Cutting Machines
📍 Location: Apodaca, Nl: (Travel Required) México

Our client is a global company specialized in industrial machinery and laser cutting systems for the metalworking industry. They are currently seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead field service activities, supervise technical teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery for advanced laser cutting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation and commissioning of laser cutting machines at customer facilities
• Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Lead troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues
• Provide guidance and support on PLC and CNC systems diagnostics
• Supervise field service engineers and technicians during service operations
• Ensure compliance with service standards, safety protocols, and quality guidelines
• Act as main point of contact for customers during service interventions
• Monitor service performance, reporting, and follow-up on service tickets
• Support team development, training, and technical coaching
• Interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in:
Mechatronics Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in field service, preferably in industrial machinery
• Previous experience supervising or leading technical teams
• Experience with laser cutting machinery preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Advanced English

Technical Knowledge

• PLC and CNC systems
• Industrial automation
• Electrical and mechanical systems
• Laser cutting technology / laser electronics
• Reading technical drawings and schematics

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Passport and US Visa
• Availability to travel within Mexico, USA
• Availability to travel Monday to Friday
