Transportation Specialist – Nights | Rotating Days Off | No Experience Required

Location: Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua
Schedule: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. | 4x4 (4 days on, 4 days off, rotating)

Position Summary

As a Cross-Border Ground Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently managing trailer fleets and B1 drivers, ensuring smooth and coordinated operations between Mexico and the United States.

You will oversee dispatch operations, coordinate cross-border shipments, track loads, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining high service levels and on-time deliveries.

No prior experience is required — training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage trailer fleet and equipment located in Mexico.

• Dispatch B1 drivers (5th wheel operators).

• Coordinate cross-border import and export shipments.

• Document export shipments originating from Mexico.

• Track shipments across the U.S. and Mexico.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and timely deliveries.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other operational or commercial tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Effective communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.

• Experience is desirable but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $20,000 MXN per month
