About the Role

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with process and product specifications. You will also collaborate closely with engineering, quality, production, and technical teams to support process improvements and new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the introduction of new products and manufacturing processes.

• Support product transfers from pilot to commercial production.

• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.

• Develop and execute process performance testing plans.

• Optimize critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, mixing time, extrusion speed, and other key manufacturing variables.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Provide technical support for quality and process-related issues.

• Deliver technical training to production personnel.

• Collaborate with global engineering teams on process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or another STEM-related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience in a Process Engineering role.

• Intermediate knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality management systems.

• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement tools.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI.

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or higher) is a plus.

• Advanced conversational English is required, as the role involves regular interaction with international manufacturing sites and global teams.
